Lately, almost every time I open FCP 7 or LiveType I get a dialog box that asks me to register the product. BTW, I do not have the educational version. Not only is this a pain, but I registered these products 2 years ago when I first upgraded them. Any suggestions?

Have you recently deleted and reinstalled them as this can usually trigger a request to re-register?
No, the only culprit that I can imagine is my recent install of the dreaded Lion.
I can't tell exactly what is happening.
Are you ignoring the request to register each time it appears or does it keep asking to be re-registered even though you are doing it each time?
If the former, simply re-register and it should stop.
I am registering each time it asks.
Try this:-
Go to Volume>Library>Application Support>Pro Apps and remove the "Final Cut Studio System ID" and "ProAppsSystemID" files.
Then launch FCP and it will ask for the serial number etc. as though you are just installing it.
Give this info and see if that stops the constant registration nagging.
